Rainmaker Guarantee
Coach guarantees that if Client fully engages in the program, completes the strategy and positioning work, and consistently executes the agreed plan, but the search is still not generating meaningful traction by the end of the five (5) month program term, Coach will continue supporting Client through Rainmaker’s existing coaching structure at no additional cost until meaningful traction is established.
For purposes of this Agreement, meaningful traction may include recruiter response, referral activity, interview movement, or other clear signs that Client’s positioning and strategy are gaining traction in the market.
Guarantee eligibility will be determined in good faith based on Client’s participation, implementation, responsiveness, and completion of core program work.
Continued support under this Guarantee will be provided through Rainmaker’s then-current program structure and support channels.
Â
Payment Plans
If Client enrolls through a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments in full and on time.
If any payment is missed, declined, or otherwise not received when due, Coach may suspend Client’s access to program materials, coaching, and support until the account is brought current.
Client remains responsible for the full amount due under this Agreement, regardless of participation level, usage, or results.
Â
Confidentiality
Any proprietary information, trade secrets, course audios, templates, materials, methods, frameworks, tools, and working relationships between Coach and Client will be considered strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party, either directly or indirectly, without prior written consent, except as required by law.
